Skyrim Change Npc Appearance
Some commands in Skyrim require a target - in our list, these are labelled with a Target Command badge. A target is an item, NPC or object in the game that a command applies its effect to. You can select a target by clicking on an item, NPC or object with your cursor whilst the console is open. Prefixing a command with player. will make your character the target of a command. For example player.RemoveAllItems would remove all of the items in your character's inventory, not your target's. See target help for more information.
Type the name of a cheat code into the search box to instantly search through 142 commands. Each command has more-detailed documentation and examples on its help page - you can visit a command's help page by clicking on its name in the table, or the 'More Help' button in the card view.

One of the great things about Skyrim is the game’s character creation system. As far as RPGs go, Skyrim’s system truly is robust. When I played the game for the first time, I spent hours fine tuning my character’s appearance. Right from the start, I was given full control over my character’s physical traits via a slew of menu choices. Looking back, it was lots of fun playing around with the character creation controls and adjusting everything from nose type, eye shape, skin tone and more.
In the end, I really liked how my character turned out. He had a chiseled build and a wicked looking scar across his face that made him look fierce. After investing hundreds of hours into the game though, I have to admit that I was starting to get a little bored with my character’s appearance. What had been cosmetically fresh and exciting was now tiresome. If only there was some way to change things up…
Change Your Appearance In Skyrim
With the Dawnguard expansion you can change your character’s appearance.
When the game was first released, there was no way to change your appearance in Skyrim. Players were stuck with the appearance choices they made at the beginning of the game. Things changed though with the release of the Dawnguard DLC expansion. While you can’t change your character’s race or gender, you now have the ability to change your looks. The Dawnguard expansion gives players the option to change their character’s:
How To Change Your Appearance
It costs 1,000 gold, but you can change your appearance in Skyrim.
To change your appearance in Skyrim, you need to visit the Ragged Flagon in Riften and see a woman named Galathil. The Ragged Flagon is the Thieves Guild’s tavern, and is located in the city’s subterranean sewer system. Galathil wears a hooded robe and can be found sitting on a bench in the tavern. When you speak with her the first time, she lets it be known that she “can work with your face.”
If you want to change your appearance, it’ll cost you 1,000 gold. The price isn’t cheap, but if you’re tired of how your character looks it’s money well spent. Once you pay Galathil, she’ll conduct “surgery” on you. In actuality the character creation menu opens and you can customize your character’s appearance to your heart’s content.
Final Thoughts

Also, be sure to read about the upcoming Elder Scrolls Online character creation system. At first blush, the system seems very much like Skyrim’s, but with some enhancements. Hey all,
I think we've all wanted to be able to change how NPCs look at least at one point our play-throughs, either because we thought they looked too ugly and the appearance didn't suit their character, or simply because their FaceGen broke for some reason (conflicting mod for example).
You can do this using the NPC Visual Transfer Tool by ThreeTen, both on Oldrim and Special Edition. NOTE: The Special Edition version is basically identical to the Oldrim version (since I didn't alter any of the core code/features while porting) so if you don't want to read, a video walkthrough is linked here (courtesy of AV Storyteller): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GiUf_0L_GA Oldrim: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64875/? SE: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8764/?
Please note that you'll need the latest version of xEdit per the game that you'll be using.
For NMM Users: Install NPC Visual Transfer using 'Download with Manager', and install the mod as usual. In your Data folder, you should see a NPC Visual Transfer folder. Inside, there will be a .bat file- run that. When running this the first time through, it will ask you if you want to create a new .esp for the Visual Transfer data. You can name it whatever you like, but make sure that it is below any NPC-related mod once you're done (any mod that alters NPC records). You'll then proceed to a new window like this: http://imgur.com/a/uUPZ0
Now, select an NPC whose visuals you want to use- if its a follower mod, make sure it was activated in the load order beforehand. Then, select the NPC you want to change, and voila- you have done it! Quit, and save. (NOTE: Only save the created .esp, if your follower .esp shows up, uncheck it!)
Enjoy your altered NPC appearance in your game :)

these files must be copied from the listed directories to the correct destination directories and renamed to the correct file name (at the very end of the copy statement).
6. now you can close the script window and sseedit, make sure that you only save your replacer file when prompted.
7. make sure that VNPC_Data and your mod are activated in MO and launch the game. MO may crash at this point, just relaunch it.
unfortunately it does not look like anyone is maintaining this script (lack of replies to comments), nor does it look like lepresidente is updating MO so this issue may never get fixed. I am going to submit a bug report with all of the things i have discovered trying to get this to work in MO2.

Now, if you need any help or assistance, I'll only be able to provide support on the Special Edition page, as ThreeTen has retired from modding and has thus entrusted me with its maintenance.
